HUMIC for Waste Water Treatment

humic

HUMIC is a series of industrial-grade microbial products for waste water treatment and maintenance. Applications of the HUMIC series of products include:

  • Treatment and maintenance of waste water facilities characterized by very high amount of organic load and fast flow rates. Typical examples of facilities include sewerage treatment plants and open-pit lagoons found in plantations as well as swine/livestock/poultry farms.
  • Treatment and maintenance of industrial waster water such as paper mills and food processing plants.

HUMIC has been adapted to treat waste water from a variety of industries including oil palm mills, paper mills, textile dyeing factories, whisky distilleries, food processing plants, piggeries, poultry farms and many others.

IMO Labs provides services to analyse the microbial profiles of large water bodies such as rivers, lakes and reservoirs. Microbial analysis of large water bodies can lead to better understanding of the ecology of the water bodies and the provenance of problems. It also allows for the discovery of specific microorganisms which can be used as bio-markers for early detection of problems.
